Exceptional service in Epernay
The hotel’s location placed us steps away from the famous champagne houses, making our exploration effortless. The breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh pastries and an exceptionally cooked hot entree.
Parking was a bit tricky due to limited spots directly in front of the hotel, though we found alternate options nearby. The shower pressure was great, but a few toiletries were missing at first.

Couple's quirky getaway
We found the hotel’s decor to be quite quirky. it really added character to our stay. the breakfast selection was just right for us , especially the fresh orange juice- and we may have indulged in a few glasses of champagne at the bar to test our options.
It was a bit pricey , but not outrageous for the experience we had.

The hotel's location puts you just a block from Avenue de Champagne, making it easy to visit various champagne houses. The breakfast spread includes fresh options like pastries and made-to-order eggs, which is a standout feature that’s hard to resist.
Parking can be a hassle, with paid options on the street and a public lot a few blocks away, complicating the check-in process. The bathroom setup has quirks. for instance, a lack of towel rails made reusing towels awkward, while the shower could benefit from shelves for toiletries. Noise issues were noted, as some guests had trouble sleeping due to sounds from the street and neighboring rooms. Plus, the Wi-Fi connection fluctuated, especially for certain devices, making it unreliable at times.

We stayed in a Standard Double Room for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, and the room was clean and spacious. The blackout shades were a game-changer for sleep! Loved how cozy and airy the space felt. The unique attic room shape added character, although I could hear the guests above. The shower had strong water pressure, which is always a plus. Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries and made-to-order eggs!
